The Process is Simple.
Free Initial Consultation
At your free initial consultation you’ll meet with your clinician to discuss your case, your medical history, any medications you’re taking, and most importantly YOUR GOALS. We want to be certain that our program is going to meet your needs and that there is a HIGH probability of success for you – BEFORE we move forward to the next step.
Detailed Assessment & Treatment Plan
Once your free consultation is complete, and we agree to move forward, your next step is the Intake appointment. At this appointment, your clinician will do a detailed assessment of your symptom pattern, medical history, and other factors to determine the root cause of your issue and devise a specific plan of attack.
Your first acupuncture session will be performed at this time, and a you will be given a treatment plan with exact, easy-to-follow instructions. Your treatment plan will include dietary and lifestyle adjustments as well as key supplements and herbal medicines to address the root of YOUR migraines.
Active Treatment & Symptom Resolution
You’ll return for visits at the optimal frequency for your specific needs to ensure close support as you begin to feel the positive shifts of the therapy. We want to make sure your treatment plan is yielding the expected results:

Common Questions & Answers About Our Treatment Program For Migraines
Does it hurt?
Acupuncture needles are extremely thin and flexible, about the width of a human hair up to about a cat whisker thickness; they do not cut the skin like other types of needles. While there can be some mild sensations with acupuncture, “pain” is not the right word. At worst, it can occasionally cause a sensation similar to a mosquito bite; most of the time there is little to no sensation at all.
The strong medications I take don’t even work sometimes, how will something like tiny needles make a difference?
Your body is powerful. It is highly capable of healing itself and is always striving to return to a state of balance. Oftentimes even small adjustments result in large shifts which make all the difference because you are working with your body’s own natural healing response and not chemically over-riding it.
Can natural medicine REALLY help my problem?

I am currently taking medication for my migraines, will anything you do conflict with my current treatment?
